These terms apply to the SnapWear iOS app and SnapWear Studio service. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must use your own Sign in with Apple account and have the rights necessary to upload each image. Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual content, or attempt to bypass access, credit, security, or rate limits.

Subscription and credits

SnapWear Studio is an auto-renewable monthly subscription purchased through Apple. The localized price and renewal terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. The founding monthly plan grants 60 generation credits per verified billing period, currently equal to 20 review-ready Balanced 2K catalog exports at three credits each. Available credits are shown in the app.

You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account. Cancellation stops future renewals and future monthly credit grants. Previously granted, unused credits remain available in your workspace until they are used. Apple controls billing and refund decisions. SnapWear automatically restores credits held by a provider or technical failure before a usable result is created. Before approving an original result, you may request one protected replacement when the output materially changes the product's color, pattern, logo or text, construction detail, silhouette or length, or contains a clear anatomy artifact. Creative preference changes and additional replacements do not restore credits or create another protected replacement.

AI-generated results

AI output may change garment construction, fit, length, texture, color, or pattern placement. Results require human review and must not be treated as a guarantee of exact product appearance, sizing, fit, or availability.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider availability, or product improvement. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page.
