Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
SnapWear is operated by Mehmet Keskinkilic. This policy explains how the SnapWear iOS app and SnapWear Studio service handle information.
Information we process
- Account information: Sign in with Apple identifier and, when Apple provides it, an email address.
- Purchase information: App Store product, transaction, renewal, expiration, refund, and entitlement data needed to provide paid access and credits. SnapWear does not receive payment-card details.
- User content: garment photos you choose and AI-generated results.
- Service records: workspace identifiers, generation status, credit ledger entries, and security/session records needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
How information is used
Information is used only for account authentication, subscription verification, private image generation, result delivery, generation history, support, security, fraud prevention, and reliable service operation.
Service providers
SnapWear uses Apple for sign-in and App Store billing, Railway for application hosting and private service storage, and FASHN for AI image generation. Only information needed to perform each service is provided. SnapWear does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.
Retention and security
Account, purchase, credit, and generation records are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve purchased access, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded and generated images are stored in private service storage and are not published by SnapWear. Access tokens are stored securely on device; server sessions are stored in revocable hashed form.
Your choices
You can stop future subscription renewals in your Apple account’s subscription settings. For access or deletion requests, contact the developer through the support channel on the SnapWear App Store page. Some purchase and security records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
